I made this few months ago for fun. After my friend @sivyx's post,
Many people that suffered from this Synaptics Virus (Win32/Synaptics.Gen) sent me messages. 
*Now it also fixes Win32.Gosys.B!
*Now it fixes Win32.Grenam.A

So here is my solution.

Infected files look like this:

(Synaptics Infected)

(Win32.Gosys.B Infected)

Here you can see 'Synaptics Pointing Device Driver' as the Description. It means that file is infected with the Synaptics virus.

Here is the same files after my fix:

(Synaptics Fixed)

 (Win32.Gosys.B Fixed)

(File descriptions are back to original)

It fixes your pc, stops infection and also fixes the infected files
Please extract files anywhere other than 'Downloads' folder or 'Desktop' because if Synaptics virus is still active, it will also infect this software 

Make sure you run it as 'Administrator' (Right click > Run as Administrator)
Disable your Anti-virus software while using Synaptics Killer otherwise it may be detected as False-Positive
You should be connected to an internet connection to verify integrity
