Stable build based on MSDN Windows 7 x86-x64 with built-in updates up to September 2018 and useful tweaks recommended by simplix, suitable for a 64-bit system:
Processor must be 64-bit (x64) or above; at least 2 GB of RAM; 20 GB of free disk space.
